Short Term Rental and Second Home Cleaning

Our teams quickly and effectively clean your property between guests following our Guest and Homeowner Departure Maintenance Cleaning Guidelines to ensure that you and your guests are happy with our service.

Whether you have a second home to enjoy the slopes in the winter or a short-term vacation rental in the summer, arriving at a clean house should not be left to chance. You will be assigned a regular cleaning team for consistency. However, we also have the staff to accommodate last-minute cleaning requests or same-day departures and arrivals when needed.

Vacation Rental Clean

Kitchen

Wash dirty dishes/run the dishwasher
Clean sink and faucet
Clean counter surfaces
General cleaning inside and outside of all kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker
Throw away leftover food unless otherwise instructed
Leave a clean hand towel

Bathrooms

Bedrooms and Common Spaces

Wash and dry all sheets and pillow cases; duvet covers as required
Make all beds
Stage bedrooms and beds/family spaces and living room
Dust surfaces
Vacuum furniture
Clean fireplaces *(cold ash only unless metal container and pokers provided)

Floors

Sweep floors and mop
Vacuum all rugs

Also Included

Leave out required supplies as agreed
Light dusting each time
Clean surface of the grill
Empty trash cans and leave trash can liners
Report burned-out light bulbs
Report damages or stains

*NOT INCLUDED: Inside cabinets and drawers, thoroughly dusting blinds, baseboards, artwork, ceiling fans, deep cleaning of appliances, washing mattress pads, throw pillows, or blankets.
