I really can’t say enough about Josh and his team. Over the past several years, we have cycled through many cleaning services with a wide variety of pricing and no matter what they charged, none of them inspired any confidence whatsoever. Some were affordable and did decent work but keeping organized with a calendar and communication was always a challenge and often resulted in missed cleaning appointments. I got to the point that we were ready to sign up with Vacasa to manage the property because we just couldn’t deal with the stress of not being able to depend on the cleaning service. Josh has built and continues to maintain a very precise operation in every aspect. His automated systems keep me reassured that every cleaning is on his radar and the billing and invoicing is very straight forward and reliable. I’ve been so impressed with the service they provide that I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time. A couple of weeks ago we were staying in the condo and my wife left an expensive piece of jewelry (in the couch cushions?) and we called Josh up in a panic looking to retrieve the piece before the next guest arrived. He stopped what he was doing to communicate with his staff, located the watch, and then Fedex-ed it to us the next day. Like I mentioned, I really can’t speak highly enough of Josh and his team.
